Double sleeper couch is available at R500 extra per night. The open plan studio apartment consists of a Queen size bed and sleeper couch. Features: Air-conditioning, fully fitted kitchenette, tea and coffee tray, microwave, four plate stove/oven, fridge/freezer, toaster, crockery and cutlery. Available: 50 inch flat screen TV / DSTV channels, wall safe, hairdryer and sound system. The en-suite bathroom features a corner bath/shower. Views of the Green Point Stadium, Robben Island and the sea with beautiful sunsets. The spectacular fireworks display in the V.& A. Waterfront can also be viewed on New Year’s Eve and special occasions.

Booking Terms
** Peak season rates apply for special events at the Green Point Stadium and in Cape Town.
Sleeper couch and a request for an extra mattress and bedding is R350 extra per night.
Camper Cot at R35 extra per night.
Children are deemed to be adults from 11 years ~ Please enquire regarding rates.
IMPORTANT:
* We only accept two night bookings on Fridays & Saturdays.
* Single night bookings accepted from Sunday to Thursday nights

- Free remote control Tandem parking on the premises: Should your car occupy space for two cars a R65 levy

- Balance strictly payable on arrival at guest house.
